Quick Anectode About Learning Ruby
Ok... I've decided to try to learn Ruby
, and I've got a quick chuckle to share with you...
I got my hands on a copy of the Pragmatic Programmers "Programming Ruby". Here is the funniest snippet I've found so far:
"Because if itself is an expression, you can get really obscure with statements such as
if artist == "John Coltrane" artist = "'Trane" end unless use_nicknames == "no"
